"This would not have happened if they had kept the general agreement and understanding in Nagorno-Karabakh." Nikol Pashinyan (VIDEO)

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to his earlier statements about lowering the status bar of Nagorno-Karabakh.

"We lowered the benchmark, tried to lower it, and let me reveal a secret, agreed with the Nagorno-Karabakh partners. But what happened instead? We lowered it, and Nagorno Karabakh raised it. Here is the problem," he said, adding that Nagorno-Karabakh did this with the encouragement of the Armenian opposition.

"If they had kept our common agreement and understanding, this would not have happened," the Prime Minister noted, adding: "We said that the international community will ensure consolidation. Yes, the international community proposed a meeting with NK in Sofia within the framework of the international mechanism. Why didn't they go because NK was forbidden to go? Who forbade it? No one knows that."
