Relinquishing Armenia would be a cruel shame for France and a shameful denial for Europe. Former French President Francois Hollande announced this.
"It is time to declare decisively and convincingly that its borders are sacred and must be guaranteed. Thanks to its history and values, France should be at the forefront," Hollande said.
