"The world has failed to help Armenia in the past." Samantha Power

In the past, the world has failed to help Armenia. Samantha Power, head of the US Agency for International Development, announced this during a press conference.

According to her, today they talked with Prime Minister Pashinyan about how they can help the people of Nagorno-Karabakh and the Armenian people in the future when Armenia will take steps to strengthen its sovereignty.

"There should be an international humanitarian presence in Nagorno-Karabakh to record whether Azerbaijan fulfills its obligations. Armed force was used, and we are considering what could be an appropriate response to it," she said.
