RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has stated that, in his opinion, our compatriots from Nagorno-Karabakh will be able to move to Armenia under the conditions that it is recorded that they can't stay. "That is if this situation continues. Now that impossibility exists," he noted.
According to Pashinyan, there is no direct threat to the lives of NK civilians at the moment, "But it should be noted that the situation is dynamic and can change at any time.
I wouldn't make this statement if I didn't see specific trends in the dynamics that make it possible to make such statements."
