"The Republic of Armenia did not participate in the formation of that text in any way and was not a party to the discussions," announced the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, referring to the message of the Nagorno-Karabakh Presidency.
"The text mentions the Armenian armed forces; it talks about the units of the Armenian armed forces remaining in Nagorno-Karabakh. First, this fact is not very understandable for us, in the conditions when we have repeatedly said that since August 2021, Armenia has not had troops in Nagorno-Karabakh," he said.
According to Pashinyan, they take note of this statement and its acceptance by the NK authorities.
