Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan touched upon the issue of security of Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians in his address.
"Logically, it is assumed that if the peacekeepers made such a proposal, it means that they have fully and without reservations accepted the full obligation to ensure the security of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh, which means they must provide full conditions for the dignified and dignified life of Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians in their homes to preserve the right to live safely," he said.
According to Pashinyan, they hope that the Russian peacekeeping contingent will fully fulfill its duties, "Regarding which, in the previous period, we had certain reservations."
