In a briefing with journalists, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to Turkish President Recep Erdogan's proposal to meet Turkey-Russia-Azerbaijan-Armenia in a quadrilateral format.
"There are various proposals and ideas; I don't want to single out any of those proposals. The problem is that it is not the only idea I have to express an attitude towards. It is necessary to examine everything in its entirety," commented Pashinyan.
