The importance of cooperation with EU financial organizations was emphasized
Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan received the newly appointed head of the European Union delegation in Armenia, Ambassador Vassilis Maragos.
Welcoming the Ambassador, the Deputy Prime Minister congratulated him on his appointment and wished him success in his critical mission.
During the meeting, the level of RA-EU relations was highly appreciated by both sides. In this context, the work of the EU civil mission in Armenia was highlighted.
The interlocutors emphasized the importance of implementing the Comprehensive and Extended Partnership Agreement from the point of view of implementing sectoral reforms. An agreement has been reached to make joint efforts to make the implementation process of the GAC more effective.
The progress of the programs implemented under the EU Economic and Investment Plan was also discussed; cooperation with EU financial organizations was emphasized in this context.
