"One truck cannot have a visible impact on the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh." Prime Minister (VIDEO)

"The situation along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border continues to be tense," announced the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, adding that Azerbaijan continues the movement of troops along the state border with Armenia and the line of contact with Nagorno-Karabakh.

At the same time, the Prime Minister noted that the humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh is challenging, and one truckload of Russian humanitarian cargo that entered Askeran the other day cannot have any visible impact on the case.

He hoped a reliable mechanism for the Baku-Stepanakert dialogue would be created, "We encourage Stepanakert partners to engage in such a dialogue."
