"No one said that the peace document would be given easily." Arthur Hovhannisyan

"No one said that the peace and relations regulation document will be issued easily," said Artur Hovhannisyan, secretary of the NA "Civil Contract" faction, during the parliamentary briefings, commenting on the impasse of the negotiations for the settlement of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.
Hovhannisyan noted that the approaches of Armenia and Azerbaijan are far from each other in many aspects. Still, at the same time, he said that the process continues and nothing is at a dead end, no matter how complicated the situation is and there are accumulations at the border.
