"We have received new proposals from the Azerbaijani side." Ararat Mirzoyan

RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan announced that the Armenian side has handed over the 5th edited version of the treaty regulating relations and peace to the Azerbaijani side.
"Yesterday, we received new proposals from the Azerbaijani side. There is a process, there is a discussion, there were no face-to-face negotiations, there are important issues, where the parties' positions are again far from each other," said Mirzoyan.
