That offer was brought to the region in 2022. In late July-early August, the Russian Foreign Ministry's representative presented it to Armenia and Azerbaijan. After that, the representative of the Russian Federation, Mr. Khovaev, came to the region in 2022. September for a response. The first is to visit Azerbaijan," the prime minister reminded.

Armenia responded positively to Russia's response presented by Khovaev. On October 6, an agreement was reached that Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed to accept each other's territorial integrity and sovereignty based on the Alma Ata Declaration. Armenia adopted that decision to protect its territorial integrity.
