The PACE Commission will apply to the bureau with an urgent procedure to discuss the crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh

Vladimir Vardanyan, a member of the RA NA delegation to PACE, wrote on his Facebook page:
"During the session held in Paris, the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe decided to contact the PACE Bureau and propose to organize a discussion of the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh at the PACE 2023. during the October session of the Council of Europe, as well as in the Committees on the Implementation of Obligations (Monitoring) and Migration, Refugees and Displaced Persons by the member states of the Council of Europe, to urgently organize joint hearings regarding the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh".
