The RA Deputy Defense Minister Arman Sargsyan referred to the border tension. He noted that the Ministry of Defense had disclosed information about Azerbaijani accumulations on the border and urged him to follow the official news feed.
Regarding the observation that videos show that the enemy is stockpiling offensive weapons at the border, the deputy minister said, "I will not say professionally; it is visible there, and it is artillery, which means it seems to be a variety of military equipment. It has been talked about. I don't want to talk about it again. I urge you to follow our information; we regularly provide immediate information in case of certain escalations or even small arms fire. The Ministry of Defense naturally takes steps within its competence to not destabilize the region's situation and not negatively impact the general situation. Our region is such that there is a risk of escalation, but we, as a state, must take steps so that things do not escalate, in general, to major military operations."
