On September 9, a meeting of heads of RA diplomatic missions accredited in the Near and Middle East was held in Abu Dhabi under the leadership of RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan and with the participation of members of the diplomatic staff of the MFA central apparatus.
Minister Mirzoyan presented the developments in the South Caucasus, the efforts to establish stability in the region, the current trends, the discussions, and critical issues regarding the agreement on regulating relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Reference was made to the humanitarian situation created in Nagorno-Karabakh due to the blocking of the Lachin Corridor. Issues related to the agenda of RA's bilateral relations with the Near and Middle East countries and regional developments were also discussed.
