Anne Hidalgo, the mayor of Paris, announced today at a press conference in the Syunik region that their message is clear and straightforward, "First of all, we call to respect international law."
According to him, the population of Nagorno-Karabakh is under siege regardless of their will, "What is happening today in Karabakh is like genocide."
At the same time, the mayor of Paris assured, "We appeal to the French president to use the position that France occupies in the UN Security Council to adopt a resolution to respect the rights of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh."
