RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has stated that Baku is torpedoing the dialogue with Stepanakert by various means, trying to place the responsibility on Nagorno Karabakh. "Armenia's position remains the same: issues related to the rights and security of Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians should be addressed through the Baku-Stepanakert dialogue within the framework of the international mechanism," he said.
According to Pashinyan, in this context, it is essential to fulfill the point of the tripartite declaration of November 9, 2020, on the return of refugees. "It envisages the return of refugees and internally displaced persons not only to NK territory, but also to neighboring regions. This means that Armenians not only from a number of villages of Hadrut, Martakert, Martuni, but also from Getashen, Martunashen, Shahumyan and other regions should have the opportunity to return to their homes with dignity and safety," he said, stressing that RA is loyal to the peace agenda.
