Minister Robert Khachatryan had a farewell meeting with EU Ambassador Andrea Victorin
On August 7, RA Minister of High-Tech Industry Robert Khachatryan received the head of the European Union (EU) delegation, Ambassador Andrea Victorin, who is completing his diplomatic mission in Armenia.
The minister welcomed the ambassador, thanked him for the joint work, and wished him success in his future activities.
During the meeting, the importance of the long-term experience of EU-Armenia cooperation and the formation of partnership relationships was emphasized again, and the course of the projects implemented with the support of the EU in the high-tech sector was discussed.
In particular, reference was made to the activities carried out within the EU4 Business Technology Development, Eastern Partnership EU4 Digital, and Cybersecurity Initiative programs, their continuity, and several issues related to the possibilities of new programs.
Robert Khachatryan presented the work and legislative initiatives implemented by the Ministry in the direction of telecommunications, digitalization, and cyber security.
At the end of the meeting, Minister Robert Khachatryan once again thanked Andrea Victorin for the joint work and expressed hope that the ambassador would leave Armenia with good memories.
