RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed the blocking of the Lachin Corridor at the government meeting, stating that it happened solely due to the actions of the state structures of Azerbaijan.
According to him, Azerbaijani "environmental activism" continues, and even now, they are trying to present environmental accusations to RA on an official and unofficial level, "Azerbaijan attributes mines to Armenia that simply do not exist, raises circumstances that are fictitious, points to decisions that are about something completely different, mentions conventions that are not relevant," he said, adding that Armenia State and private organizations demonstrate that these accusations are fictitious.
Nikol Pashinyan also spoke about the decision of the International Court of Justice regarding the blockade of the Lachin Corridor, noting that it provides an opportunity for more significant international consolidation around the issue to counter the policy of ethnic cleansing in Nagorno-Karabakh.
