The UN Secretary General's Special Adviser called for free movement through the Lachin Corridor

On July 4, Alice Wairimu Nderitu, Special Advisor to the UN Secretary-General on Genocide Prevention, gave a speech at the UN Human Rights Council.

In particular, she referred to Armenia and Azerbaijan, calling for dialogue and peace to avoid escalating tension.

Nderitu reminded the decision of the International Court of Justice, which is mandatory for implementation, and called for free and safe movement through the Lachin Corridor.
