RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, at the start of the government session, referred to the Azerbaijani military provocation in Artsakh yesterday, as a result of which the Armenian side has four victims.
According to Nikol Pashinyan, this provocation was prepared for a long time by Azerbaijani information attacks, "Azerbaijan is pursuing a consistent policy of escalating the situation and depopulating Nagorno-Karabakh," he said.
According to Nikol Pashinyan, this is how the international community also perceives Azerbaijan's practices, "The latest proof of this is the resolution 2256 adopted by the PACE last week, in paragraph 15 of which the PACE records that it is concerned about the hostile and threatening rhetoric used against Armenians at the highest level of the leadership of Azerbaijan and calls on Azerbaijan to reject such rhetoric and actions. To take action against hate speech by public and high-ranking officials and fight against hate crimes."
According to the Prime Minister, the resolution adopted at the PACE is an essential document in terms of increasing international attention to the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh, and the Armenian Foreign Ministry will be consistent in keeping the provisions of the resolution on the agenda of the ministerial committee, the executive body of the Council of Europe.
