Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis, on the occasion of the decisive victory in the national elections of the Republic of Greece. The message states:
"On behalf of the government of the Republic of Armenia and myself, I send you my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes on the decisive victory in the national elections of the Republic of Greece.
The victory of the political force led by you is the best assessment of the results of long-term dedicated activity. I am sure that your upcoming term of office will again be distinguished by your typical energy and determination to achieve the set goals.
Dear Mr. Mitsotakis,
I am sure the excellent bilateral cooperation anchored on the centuries-old friendship traditions of the Armenian and Greek peoples and shared values and approaches will receive a new boost soon.
Taking advantage of this opportunity, let me once again thank you, the top leadership of the Republic of Greece, and the fraternal Greek people, for standing by the side of the Armenian people and unconditionally supporting the Armenian people in difficult moments for our country.
Our consistent approaches to issues in international relations guide us to develop cooperation between the two countries more closely and comprehensively. Armenia is committed to expanding and deepening its partnership with the Hellenic Republic on bilateral and multilateral platforms. In this regard, we would like to confirm that we are ready to host the Greece-Cyprus-Armenia tripartite summit in Yerevan shortly.
Honorable Mr. Prime Minister, using this opportunity, I wish you good health and productive activity."
