The Armenian side is working to put the infrastructure in order near the Margara bridge

NA Vice President, the special representative in the Armenia-Turkey settlement process, Ruben Rubinyan, announced that the final agreement between Armenia and Turkey was to open the land border for citizens of third countries and persons with diplomatic passports at the beginning of the tourist season.

According to him, the Armenian side works near the Margara bridge to put the relevant infrastructure in order at the checkpoint, "We will finish very soon, we hope that the Turkish side will also keep the agreement, and the agreements will be implemented this summer."

Referring to the Armenian-Turkish negotiations, he noted that the process could be at a better pace, as necessary; he is talking with the special representative of Turkey.

As for the new meeting of the special representatives of Armenia and Turkey, Rubinyan informed us there has yet to be an agreement.
