President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated Grand Duke Henry of Luxembourg on National Day.
"Armenia highly appreciates Luxembourg's moral support to our country and Artsakh since 2020, full of challenges for the Armenian people. Luxembourg is one of those friendly states that, by speaking up for justice, became an example for many other states that support human rights and fundamental freedoms.
I sincerely hope that due to joint efforts, the existing high-level political dialogue between our countries will be further strengthened, contributing to the expansion of practical cooperation in the economic, scientific, and cultural spheres as well," said President Khachaturyan's message in particular.
