"Failure to fulfill the decision of the International Court of Justice is an issue of the international agenda;" prime minister

Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan addressed the humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, which is getting worse.

He noted that the decision of the UN International Court of Justice, which should have binding legal force for Azerbaijan, "Is yet to be implemented. Neither citizens, nor vehicles, nor goods move through the Lachin Corridor. Moreover, even the traffic of "Red Cross" vehicles has been banned," he said.

According to Pashinyan, these facts counter Azerbaijan's arguments that the forces and countries speaking about Nagorno-Karabakh and the Lachin Corridor allegedly interfere in Azerbaijan's internal affairs, "Failure to fulfill the decision of the International Court of Justice is an issue on the international agenda."

According to the Prime Minister, everything is being done to make life in Nagorno-Karabakh impossible, "This is exactly the policy of ethnic cleansing that we have been warning about for years."
