Avanesyan also said that there are patients in Artsakh whose treatment is possible only in Armenia, "The Stepanakert hospital is equipped, has an appropriate professional team, but there are narrow professional directions that can be served only in Yerevan." She mentioned that it is not possible to transport these patients even with the help of the "Red Cross.”
