"Armenia and Azerbaijan cannot agree on fundamental issues;" deputy minister

Today, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vahan Kostanyan referred to the peace treaty negotiations with Azerbaijan, presenting the differences with Azerbaijan. According to Kostanyan, the countries need help to agree on the fundamental issues that have been discussed.

"Also, there are disagreements regarding fixing the map, based on which year's map the other delimitation process should take place. There are disagreements on the issues related to the guarantor institution; there is no agreement regarding the security of the NK people, the international mechanisms of the Baku-Stepanakert dialogue, and the views of the two sides are quite far from each other. However, the works will continue," he elaborated.
