The delegation of the Security and Defense Subcommittee of the European Parliament will arrive in Armenia from June 19 to 22.
The purpose of the visit of the deputies of the Security and Defense Subcommittee of the European Parliament is to assess the security situation in Armenia, the progress of the process of normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as to get acquainted with the activities of the EU civilian mission deployed in Armenia in February to observe and report on the security situation along the Armenian side of the international border between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
During the delegation's visit, meetings are planned with the members of the RA government and the RA parliament, as well as the ambassadors of the EU member states.
