The President of the Republic, Vahagn Khachaturyan, left for the Russian Federation on a working visit to participate in the Petersburg International Economic Forum.
Within the framework of the visit, the President of the Republic met with the representatives of the Armenian community of St. Petersburg. During the meeting, a wide range of issues regarding the general socio-political and economic situation in Armenia were discussed.
The President gave details about reforms and programs implemented in RA in the economic sphere recently. I've referred to the principles and concepts of the performance of the main directions of the internal and foreign policy of Armenia.
At the meeting, the President of the Republic spoke about the humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, the current situation surrounding the Karabakh problem, and the possibilities and ways to resolve it. He talked with the community representatives in a direct atmosphere and answered their questions.
