Arman Yeghoyan, deputy of the "Civil Contract" faction of the National Assembly, stated that, according to his assumption, the Washington meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan was postponed because the Azerbaijani side has a guest these days.
"Particularly, the president of Turkey is going to visit Baku; in my opinion, their foreign minister could not be absent from the country during those days," he said in a conversation with journalists at the National Assembly.
