RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan referred to the subject of enclaves.
"There have been villages that were considered enclaves, but the demarcation process is a serious process, every ambition that the given country will have needs justification; this is a big process, and I am not allowed to make professional judgments about it," he said.
According to the minister, as a result of the joint work of the commissions, they should look at everything. Mirzoyan also emphasized that the draft peace agreement has no claims about enclaves. According to him, one crucial detail should be remembered when discussing enclaves: we had an Armenian enclave in the Azerbaijani USSR, Artsvashen, whose legal basis for creation and existence is not contested by anyone.
