It is still not a fact that Azerbaijan will want to return Artsvashen and take Kyark," Nikol Pashinyan stated this at the meeting with the representatives of the Armenian community of Moldova, answering the question: according to the 1975 map, does Tigranashen belong to Armenia or Azerbaijan?
"There is no enclave that will cause an unsolvable road problem. There is no such question. If the road, for example, cannot pass like this, it will pass like this. There is no problem. In fact, we are still developing the road network of the republic to such an extent that there is no such unsolvable problem," said Pashinyan.
According to the Prime Minister, there are issues regarding enclaves, which are used against Armenia to exert psychological influence.
