"If our reactions were linear, democracy and the state would be lost;" prime minister

"I consider democracy in Armenia to be irreversible, from an internal point of view," said RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

Elaborating on the statement made earlier about external threats to democracy, he noted, "On May 10, 2021, my resignation comes into effect, the parliament is dissolved, there is practically no government or parliament in the country, and on May 12, the invasion of Azerbaijan in the Sotk-Khoznavar sector takes place, and there is no reaction from the CSTO," he said. He also noted that military personnel detained in a criminal case did not take any action to protect the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia, "And they have no explanation."

According to him, if their reactions were linear, democracy and the state would be lost, "This is exactly what I mean."
