Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that peace is the only factor guaranteeing security, "Nothing else guarantees external security. Some countries have the most powerful armies, but more is needed to ensure their external safety because there is no peace."
According to Pashinyan, Armenia should increase its resilience and capabilities and develop it in all aspects.
