We are looking for a negotiation table and to return the representatives of Artsakh to a dialogue with Baku; Hovhannisyan

Artur Hovhannisyan, the secretary of the CP faction of the National Assembly, stated that the people of Artsakh should represent the interests of the Artsakh people through the Baku-Stepanakert format under international mechanisms.

He said during briefings in the National Assembly, "At the moment, the internationally recognized Republic of Armenia is guided by the preservation of the sovereignty of its internationally recognized territory of 29,800 square kilometers and the realization of the rights and security of the Armenian people living in Nagorno-Karabakh, which we imagine should take place through the Baku-Stepanakert dialogue. In other words, the Nagorno-Karabakh problem has deepened due to Robert Kocharian's leaving Karabakh out of the negotiation table; we are now trying to return the representatives of Artsakh to the negotiation table and dialogue with Baku, where they will be able to exercise their rights as they imagine.

Hovhannisyan emphasized that he will not respond to internal political statements from Artsakh.
