The tripartite meeting, with the participation of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, has started in Moscow.
After agreeing on the schedule of the meeting of the deputy prime ministers in open mode, the parties started negotiations quickly.
It was emphasized that the deputy prime ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia would meet weekly to discuss unblocking regional communications.
