Ruben Rubinyan presented the regional developments to the UK Minister of State

On May 23, Deputy Speaker of the RA National Assembly, RA Special Representative in the process of Armenia-Turkey relations regulation Ruben Rubinyan, met with the Minister of State for European Affairs of the United Kingdom, Leo Docherty.
