RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, speaking about the negotiations between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Washington, considered the conversation style the most prominent feature, "There was a straightforward conversation," he said, adding that sentences in negotiations often have a hidden meaning, "But at some point, those hidden meanings started to diminish, and the conversation became more understandable."
He noted that at some point in the Washington negotiations, the parties started to communicate directly and openly, presenting their concerns, reasons, and grounds for mistrust of the other party, "Many nuances have emerged that were either not visible to the parties or were not recorded. When I say mutual understanding, that's exactly what I mean," he said.
