"It is not clear what we are talking about." Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs on the statements of the EU ambassador

RA Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Paruyr Hovhannisyan stated in a briefing with journalists that it is not clear to him what EU Ambassador to RA Andrea Victorin meant when she announced at the press conference today that there are one or two points where Armenian troops are on the border.
"It is not clear to me what we are talking about; probably, we are talking about the first Nagorno-Karabakh war, perhaps we should look at it from that point of view, but I also find it difficult to say what we are talking about," he said.
According to the deputy minister, it is an accepted format to always address both sides, but it is obvious that it is about the withdrawal of Azerbaijani troops from the territory of Armenia.
