The railway should operate only under the authority of RA legislation; deputy minister
For the Armenian side, it is fundamental that the railway can be operated only under RA legislation. RA Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan announced in a briefing with journalists, adding that the so-called "corridor logic" was not discussed at all during the Pashinyan-Michel-Aliev meeting.
According to him,this means that our partners do not use that term. "It was already obvious what the mediators' position is."
Referring to the deadlines for the unblocking of roads and communication channels, Hovhannisyan said that there are red lines here. According to him, it is about the fact that the railway should operate only under the authority of RA legislation. "We can talk about construction and other works only after receiving exact guarantees regarding this issue."
