Edmon Marukyan, ambassador on special assignments of the RA, wrote on his Twitter microblog.
"The provocation unleashed by the Azerbaijani side on the border with Armenia once again proves Azerbaijan's continuous policy of putting pressure on the Armenian side through force and threats. The shelling of the Armenian positions and the ambulance evacuating the wounded soldiers testifies to Azerbaijan's indiscriminate actions and attempts to dictate its conditions to the Armenian side in the negotiation process."
