The 61st plenary session followed the summit of the presidents of the parliaments of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Parliamentary Assembly member countries. During the two-day discussions, Armenia was represented at the assembly by Babken Tunyan, the head of our country's delegation, and Gevorg Papoyan, a delegation member.
At the agenda's core was parliamentary diplomacy's role in the dynamics of global changes. The MPs of the National Assembly raised the critical issues of the Armenian plan in Ankara.
