"Why does the Russian Federation not guarantee the provisions defined by the statement of November 9?" Khandanyan to Peskov

Sargis Khandanyan, the Chairman of the Standing Committee on, Foreign Relations of the National Assembly, referred to the statements of the press spokesman of the Russian President that Moscow does not see an alternative to the tripartite agreements reached between Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan.
"Of course, the document of November 9 is very important ,and it is important that the provisions recorded there are preserved, but also here the question is why Mr. Peskov does not say, why Russia does not guarantee the conditions defined by the statement of November 9 provisions. In particular, the unimpeded passage of the Lachin Corridor, the return of prisoners, and other issues," said Sargis Khandanyan.
