"We are doing everything to make the Baku-Stepanakert dialogue happen;" Yeghoyan

"Now we are doing everything to make the Baku-Stepanakert dialogue happen. In other words, Stepanakert should appear as a subject in the negotiations," Arman Yeghoyan, deputy of the CP faction of the National Assembly, stated in a briefing with journalists.

"Voice of America," referring to the State Department, reported that Baku and Yerevan are discussing the rights and security of ethnic minorities. When asked whether the question of the right to self-determination of Nagorno-Karabakh has been lowered, Yeghoyan stated that "Voice of America" has already removed that news.

"The reference is made to their source, who is a high-ranking official of the State Department. That news has already been removed from the source website, which proves the credibility of the news," Yeghoyan added.
