The armed forces of Azerbaijan feel more restrained by the work of the EU observation mission; Edward Asryan

"I highly appreciate the observation work of the European Union in the Republic of Armenia. With this work, the armed forces of Azerbaijan feel more restrained." This was announced today by the Chief of the RA Armed Forces General Staff, Eduard Asryan, during the meeting with the French Foreign Minister in Jermuk. According to Asryan, this work is going very well.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of France also noted that the cooperation is very positive, "Thanks to the observation mission, we can get information from the ground, which is useful for the EU member states. This is an observation mission; it is not armed, the goal is to monitor the situation, but this presence allows easing the tension," said Catherine Colonna.
