The Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, stated that France can be helpful to Armenia both in solving the problems related to the country's security and in the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
In a conversation with journalists, he said: "France can be useful and help Armenia with many issues. You know that the EU civilian mission was sent to Armenia due to the meeting in Prague, in which the French president played an important role. France continues to look for ways to help Armenia. Also, as co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, he continues to be interested in the Nagorno-Karabakh issue. You know that the French Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group also arrived in Armenia with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of France. We see France's great interest in settling the situation in the Lachin Corridor."
Grigoryan assured that Armenia is working intensively with its international partners to send a global fact-finding mission to the Lachin Corridor and Nagorno-Karabakh. They are also discussing this issue with France and expect to receive support.
