"For Armenia, there is no question of negotiating in Moscow, Washington or Brussels;" Minister of Foreign Affairs

"Armenia does not distinguish between platforms," Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated that the peace process is one, "Negotiations are also happening around the draft of the same peace agreement and its principles. We thank all the capitals for providing a platform and trying to bridge this process."
Mirzoyan assured that Armenia has no question whether to negotiate in Moscow, Washington, or Brussels, "Negotiations are essentially one thing."
