In a briefing with journalists, the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, referred to the peace treaty discussions with Azerbaijan.
Commenting on Azerbaijan's statement that Armenia has yet to forward its proposals for more than 40 days, Grigoryan replied: "Negotiations are expected shortly; discussions are underway. Azerbaijan was also late in the past when we transferred our examples. It is very normal. We did not transfer for one reason, because negotiations were planned, that was the reason. Azerbaijan is only pursuing a policy of diverting the international community's attention from other important issues."
