French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna responded to Radar Armenia's observation that the EU and its member states are signing new energy projects with Aliyev's authoritarian regime.
The question was: is such a way of working consistently with European values not perceived as indulging aggressive actions in Baku? "Energy issues should be separated from political, sovereignty, territorial integrity, and independence issues. We talked about it for a long time," explained the French minister.
