Are the USA, France, Russia, the EU ready to guarantee the implementation of the peace treaty to be signed with Azerbaijan? Marukyan

Edmon Marukyan, ambassador on special assignments of the RA, wrote on his Twitter microblog.

"Azerbaijan, violating the tripartite agreement signed on November 9, 2020, has set up a checkpoint in the Lachin corridor. The co-chair countries of the OSCE Minsk Group, the USA, France, Russia, and Joseph Borel of the EU (High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy), have expressed their concerns.

Interestingly, all these three countries and the EU call on the parties to come to an agreement and sign a peace treaty. An important question arises: if Azerbaijan continuously violates the statement signed on November 9, 2020, then what are Armenia's guarantees that (Azerbaijan) will not infringe on the signed peace agreement? Are the same members of the international community, the USA, France, Russia, and the EU, ready to guarantee the fulfillment of the peace treaty to be concluded with Azerbaijan?
